Mr. Lipshitz brings over two decades of investment banking and asset management experience across leading asset managers and family offices including: Fidelity Investments, Choate Investment Advisors, and GE Capital.
Mr. Lipshitz received his MBA from Cornell University with a concentration in Finance, and had previously graduated Cum Laude from Bar Ilan University with a BA in Economics and Business Administration.

Menahem Landau
Co-Founder & General Partner
LTC (Retired) Menahem Landau, previously Head of UAV & Drones Branch at IMOD/DDR&D Aeronautical Division, led a spectrum of R&D programs encompassing platforms, payloads, communications, and propulsion systems. Post-retirement, he ventured into the business realm, overseeing the establishment and management of CAVERET VC and serves as Managing Director of TITAN Innovations.
Landau holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical and Electro-Optical Engineering from the Technion and an M.A. in Entrepreneurship and Strategy.

Dana Dekel
VP Business Development
Dana Dekel, VP of Business Development, specializes in fostering the growth of startups and securing essential funding for their development. With a background in e-commerce startups and venture capital, she excels in fundraising and strategic consulting for both non-profit and business sectors. Since 2015 Ms. Dekel has been a board member of the Israeli chapter of the Wikimedia Foundation, actively initiating and contributing to fundraising from different sources as well as partnership development.

Sharon Gal

Sharon Gal is a seasoned professional with a passion for innovation and leadership. He has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, tech leadership, VC investment and tech innovation in both public and private sectors. During his career in the public sector, Sharon founded and was the first CEO of the Technological Innovation Fund at the Israeli Prime-Minister’s Office. In this position he led the CVC to investments in groundbreaking technologies that promote the edges of usable technology in the Israeli Defense Sector and beyond. Avner Vider

Mr. Vider, a seasoned private equity investor, brings over a decade of experience strategically allocating capital across healthcare, real estate, and hi-tech sectors. His career trajectory began as a system integrator at Proimage and evolved into project management spanning over two decades, encompassing projects across 45 countries in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
In 2008, Mr. Vider ventured into private real estate investments, progressively expanding the portfolio to encompass diverse investments in healthcare startups. His pivotal move in 2021 involved joining forces with The Caveret, fortifying investment initiatives and assuming a pivotal role as cornerstone investor.

Eylon Sarfati

Eylon Sarfati, an Israeli attorney, brings 4 years of experience in corporate law and the capital market, including roles in a top Israeli law firm and start-up and investment companies. A graduate of Interdisciplinary Herzliya with degrees in Law and Business Administration, he specializes in finance. Additionally, Eylon has served as a captain in the reserves for about 10 years, holding roles as an armor officer and deputy commander of a tank company.

Alan Tzvika Nissel is an Assistant Professor of Law at the Caruso Pepperdine Caruso Law where he teaches property and international law and also serves as the Co-Director of the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law. Alan is also the CEO of Wilshire Skyline, a real estate firm in Los Angeles.
Alan received his B.A. from Yeshiva University and law degrees from Cambridge University, New York University and the University of Helsinki (from where he earned a doctorate in international law).
